1. Sponsor
The Win for the Planet September 2026 Monthly Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Engaged Rewards LLC, 1820 NE 163rd Street, Suite 100, North Miami Beach, Florida 33162 ("Sponsor"). Participating brands, nonprofit beneficiaries, technology providers, payment or donation processors, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents are collectively referred to with Sponsor as the "Sweepstakes Entities." Sponsor is responsible for administering the Sweepstakes and its decisions are final and binding, subject to applicable law.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Sweepstakes Entities, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and persons living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for online entries. This Sweepstakes is separate from every other Win for the Planet monthly sweepstakes. Entries do not carry over to any later monthly sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
There are two methods of entry. Regardless of method, an entrant may receive no more than fifty (50) entries in total during the Sweepstakes Period. Entries exceeding that combined limit are void. A purchase by itself does not provide an entry.
A. Donation Method
During the Sweepstakes Period, make an eligible donation through an official Win for the Planet campaign experience on winfortheplanet.org or through a participating brand's authorized campaign experience. Each whole one dollar ($1.00) donated earns one (1) entry, up to fifty (50) entries per person for the Sweepstakes Period. For example, a $10 donation earns ten (10) entries. Amounts below a whole dollar do not earn a partial entry. Donations above $50 do not provide more than fifty (50) entries. A donation is not required because the alternate method below allows an entrant to request the same maximum number of entries without donating.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE): No Donation Required
To enter without making a purchase or donation, hand-print the following on a 3-inch by 5-inch card: full legal name, complete residential mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, and the exact number of entries requested (from one (1) through fifty (50)). Place the card in a standard business-size envelope bearing the entrant's handwritten return address and sufficient postage, and mail it to:

A single compliant mail-in request may request up to fifty (50) entries. Mail-in requests must be postmarked no later than September 30, 2026 and received no later than October 6, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in request per person. The requested entries count toward the same fifty-entry combined monthly limit applicable to all entry methods. If no number is stated, the request will receive one (1) entry. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, postage-due, incomplete, illegible, inaccurate, late, lost, stolen, mutilated, or misdirected requests are void. Proof of mailing is not proof of receipt. Sponsor is not responsible for interrupted or unavailable mail service.
5. Entry Conditions
Entries must be submitted by the entrant. Automated entries, scripts, macros, bots, sweepstakes clubs, commercial entry services, bulk submissions, multiple identities, multiple accounts used to evade the entry limit, and any other attempt to manipulate the entry process are prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding an online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry may be deemed the entrant and may be required to provide proof of identity and account ownership. Sponsor may verify eligibility and compliance at any time and may disqualify any entrant or entry that Sponsor reasonably determines violates these Official Rules, interferes with the Sweepstakes, or is fraudulent or abusive.
6. Random Drawing; Odds
On or about September 30, 2026, Sponsor or its designated independent administrator will randomly select ten (10) potential winners, together with a ranked pool of alternate potential winners, from all eligible entries received through all participating brands and entry methods. The alternate pool will be used only if needed. If no eligible entries are received during the Sweepstakes Period, no drawing will be conducted and no prizes will be awarded. If fewer than ten (10) eligible persons or households are available to receive prizes, only the number of prizes for which eligible potential winners are available will be awarded. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each eligible entry has equal weight in the drawing, regardless of entry method or the participating brand through which it was obtained. A maximum of one (1) prize may be awarded per person and per household in this Sweepstakes. If the same person or household is selected more than once, the later selection will be disregarded and the next eligible selection will be used.
7. Winner Notification and Verification
Potential winners will be contacted by email and/or telephone no later than October 16, 2026, using the information associated with their entry. Contact may be made by Sponsor or by an authorized participating brand or administrator acting for Sponsor. To claim a prize, a potential winner must email winners@winfortheplanet.org within thirty (30) calendar days after Sponsor's first notification attempt and include the potential winner's full name, contact information, and any claim or reference information included in the notification. Sponsor may attempt to assist a potential winner who contacts that address with a timely claim, but Sponsor is not required to send reminders or make repeated notification attempts. A potential winner may also be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where lawful, tax documentation, and any other reasonably requested verification materials within the deadline stated in Sponsor's response.
A potential winner is not a winner unless and until eligibility has been verified and Sponsor confirms the award. If a potential winner does not submit a timely claim, cannot be contacted, fails to provide required documentation by the stated deadline, is ineligible, declines the prize, or if the notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, that person forfeits the prize. Sponsor will then notify the next eligible person in the ranked alternate pool, who will have thirty (30) calendar days after Sponsor's first notification attempt to claim under the same procedure. Sponsor may continue through the alternate pool as reasonably necessary to award the offered prizes, subject to applicable law. No entrant is entitled to a prize solely because of a winner notification or announcement made in error.
8. Prizes
Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) prize with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of one hundred dollars ($100). Each prize will consist of either: (a) a $100 gift card, promotional gift card, promotional code, or store credit redeemable with a participating Win for the Planet brand; or (b) if a participating-brand prize is unavailable, a $100 Visa gift card. Sponsor will determine the specific prize assigned to each winner in its sole discretion. A winner will not necessarily receive a prize from the participating brand through which the winner entered, and winners may not select or exchange the assigned brand or prize type. Total ARV of all prizes is $1,000.
Gift cards, promotional codes, and store credits are subject to the issuer's terms, conditions, redemption procedures, product availability, exclusions, and expiration policies, if any, which will be disclosed to the winner with the prize. Any promotional prize must provide $100 in stated redemption value; it may not require a qualifying purchase greater than the prize value. General-purpose gift cards may carry issuer restrictions. Prizes are nontransferable and may not be sold or redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Sponsor anticipates delivering prizes electronically or by mail within approximately four (4) to six (6) weeks after winner verification.
Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and all costs or expenses associated with accepting or using a prize that are not expressly included. Visa is not a sponsor of, and is not affiliated with, this Sweepstakes. Visa is a registered trademark of Visa Inc.
9. Donations and Participating Brands
Entries received through all participating brands and all entry methods are combined into one monthly drawing. Participating brands are promotional partners and prize providers and are not the Sponsor unless expressly identified as such. Donations made in connection with the campaign are intended for the nonprofit beneficiary or beneficiaries identified in the applicable campaign experience, subject to the disclosed processing and administrative arrangements. A donation does not guarantee tax deductibility; donors should consult their own tax advisers. The charitable donation and the opportunity to enter are separate: no donation is required to enter, and making a purchase without a qualifying donation does not create an entry.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner's name, city and state, likeness, photograph, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, promotional, and publicity purposes in any media worldwide, without additional notice, review, approval, compensation, or consideration.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel, suspend, extend, or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, public-health emergency, natural disaster, platform or service interruption, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupts or materially affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. If feasible, Sponsor may select winners from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected action.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it reasonably determines has tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; acted in violation of these Official Rules; acted in an unsportsmanlike, abusive, threatening, or disruptive manner; or attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Any attempt to deliberately damage a website or undermine the Sweepstakes may violate criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves all rights and remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision does not waive that provision. If any advertising or other communication conflicts with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
12. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, by participating, each entrant agrees to release, discharge, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, death, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes; the acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of a prize; travel or activity related to a prize; technical, printing, typographical, human, or other errors; or any violation of publicity, privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights.
The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, corrupted, garbled, damaged, or postage-due entries or communications; unavailable or interrupted networks, websites, platforms, equipment, software, email, telephone, or mail service; unauthorized human intervention; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or any error that may occur in administering the Sweepstakes, processing entries, conducting the drawing, announcing winners, or fulfilling prizes. Nothing in these Official Rules limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
13. Disputes; Governing Law
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (a) any dispute, claim, or cause of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (b) any such dispute, claim, or cause of action will be brought exclusively in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located in Miami-Dade County, Florida; (c) all claims, judgments, and awards will be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees; and (d) the entrant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, special, or multiplied damages or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses. These Official Rules and all issues concerning their construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14. Privacy
Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify entrants and winners, fulfill prizes, comply with legal obligations, prevent fraud, and for other purposes described in Sponsor's privacy policy at winfortheplanet.org/privacy-policy. Information may be shared with participating brands, administrators, service providers, nonprofit beneficiaries, donation or payment processors, and governmental authorities as reasonably necessary for those purposes or as required by law. By entering, entrants acknowledge that internet and electronic transmissions cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure.
15. Platform and Third-Party Disclaimer
The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Shopify, Apple, Google, Visa, or any participating social-media platform, ecommerce platform, gift-card network, or gift-card issuer, except to the extent a company is expressly identified as a participating brand or prize issuer. Entrants release those unaffiliated parties from claims arising from the Sweepstakes to the extent permitted by law. Questions, comments, and complaints regarding the Sweepstakes must be directed to Sponsor.
16. Winners List
To request the winners list, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the address below. Requests must be received by November 15, 2026. The list may identify each confirmed winner by first name, last initial, city, and state, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
